- preformed multi step diagnostic process on vehicle eliminating potential causes for the issue at hand. Determined once putting pieces back on vehicle that were disassembled on arrival that there was a fault in the transfer case control module. replaced module, no change, searched more and found missing/ incorrect ground in vehicle related. Fixed ground issue and problem with transfer case resolved.
